Arena Homes was created in June 2006 to provide a centre of excellence in the provision of general needs housing in the North West of England. Managing over 7,000 general needs homes on behalf of the Group, Arena Homes has built a reputation for strong service delivery and innovation; we pioneered the introduction of Customer Service Managers in 2006, were instrumental in the Group’s successful Audit Commission inspection and completely remodelled our back office systems in 2007.
Customer Service Charter
We are in the process of developing a Customer Service Charter which will set out the standards that our residents can expect from Arena Homes across the range of services that we deliver. We have distributed a leaflet with your latest rent statement giving you brief details of the Charter and asking you to tell us what you think about it.
