Local Offers

Local offers represent a new way of tailoring and improving the service of social housing providers based on what residents want against six key service standards set by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). 

The service standards Arena Homes are committed to achieve are set out in our Customer Service Charter, which has been agreed with our residents. 

Arena Homes have been consulting with our residents to understand what is important to them on a local level.  We have done this through surveys, questionnaires, ‘Have Your Say’ events, site visits and actually speaking to our residents about what matters to them.

We have set 4 local offers for 2011-12 which have been approved by our Residents Forum and Community Associations concentrating on:

1. Tenant involvement and empowerment
2. Your home
3. Neighbourhood and community

We will work with you to identify how well we are doing at meeting these local offers.  We will measure the difference they are making. 

To start with identified groups of residents will benefit from these local offers but we will use the information we gather to improve services across the whole of Arena Homes. 

We will be speaking to residents about whether they want to extend these local offers or to develop one of their own.
