Interpreting and Translation Service

We want to make sure that everyone can access information about their homes and the services we provide.

If your first language is not English, then we can provide an interpreting service, using our partners at Language Line http://www.languageline.co.uk

Language Line offers a dedicated interpreting service, offering access to professional interpreters round the clock, with interpreters offering access to170 languages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
We can either do this in our offices or in your own home. Even if you are ringing Arena Homes we can ask a Language Line interpreter to join in a 3-way conversation to help to interpret on your behalf.
Posters are available in our reception area to help identify the assistance required and all of our Customer Service Managers and other front line staff are trained in use of the service.
We can also offer translation of information leaflets into preferred languages on request.
We can provide our leaflets or other written material in translation, large print, Braille or audio tape format.

We also offer Typetalk and hearing loops for customers with a hearing impairment
