2011 Annual Reports out now!
Arena Housing Group are proud to present our six local and Group reports detailing what we've done over the year and how we propose to improve our service to our residents.
Over 440 residents provided feedback on last year's report , influencing both the style and content of the reports.

Customer Charter Launched
Arena Housing Group recently launched its ‘
Customer Charter’ in which it clearly states our service delivery commitments and targets. If we fail to comply then the Charter gives tenants the opportunity draw it to our attention and put it right.
The Executive Director of Operations said “The Arena Group has a right first time philosophy and we aim to deliver services of the very highest standard at the first time of asking. What’s in the Charter is based on what our tenants have told us is important to them. We have used that information to set ourselves a set of customer service commitments and targets.”
The Charter covers: tenant involvement and empowerment, your home, your tenancy, your neighbourhood and community as well as a special section for leaseholders. A copy of the summary Charter is attached for you to download.
